Review : GIGAN – "Quasi-Hallucinogenic Sonic Landscapes"

GiganQuasi-Hallucinogenic Sonic Landscapes
Release: 2011Jun07 (US)
Label: Willowtip
Rating: 4/5

We venture less to outer realms, and need Gigan immensely.
You name a better band that fills the vacuum hyperdensely.
It’s just short of magic to make psychedelic brutal;
dare traverse these Sonic Landscapesresistance is futile.
From Calvin to Lovecraft—expansive, intensely.

Try coming down with some MST3K, perhaps one with kaiju.

1. Mountains Perched Like Beasts Awaiting the Attack
2. Suspended in Cubes of Torment
3. The Raven and the Crow
4. In the Tentacled Grasp of a Buried Behemoth
5. Transmogrification into Bio-Luminoid
6. Skeletons of Steel, Timber and Blackened Granite
7. Vespelmadeen Terror
8. Fathomless Echoes of Eternity’s Imagination
